While the Covid-19 pandemic may be winding down, many people, continue to experience residual stress and anxiety during these challenging times. Join Karen Ridder, a trained Jin Shin Jyutsu® practitioner for a discussion on this ancient healing art. Karen will demonstrate simple self-care techniques that can be used to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety. Comfortable attire is recommended.
Karen began her in-depth training in 2002, studying under the most esteemed teachers in the global Jin Shin Jyutsu® community, and opened her practice to the public in 2011. She is dedicated to sharing her expertise in this area so that others can experience the incredible benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu®.
