Program Description

Event Details

Librarian Frank Connelly reads the timeless classic by Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol, in what has become an annual tradition at the Larchmont Public Library. No holiday season can be complete without seeing this performance. During this presentation “Smoking Bishop” will be served. Smoking Bishop is mentioned in the story and it is a variety of mulled wine, made with oranges, lemons, cloves, red wine and is served warm, hence the “smoking” in its name. Frank can and will tell you far, far more about it, should you be so rash as to ask him.  You can choose to attend this program on Zoom or you can come to the Michael P. Coords Activity Room to watch Frank live and in person.

Registration is not required unless you are going to participate via Zoom or want a reminder of this program.
