Join historian Jo Ann Tufo and take a tour through the history of American food from the 17th century through today.  Learn how Colonial Americans brought European food traditions with them and how they merged with the native people's food sources to create a unique approach to cuisine.  Then as more and more immigrants arrived on our shore these dining combinations were raised to another level.  Jo Ann Tufo is a historian, writer, lecturer and performer who has over 30 years of experience. 

This presenter will NOT be at the library in person.
