Participants in our workshops will:
Learn the basic components of successful improvisation work: all-in group support, deep connection through verbal and nonverbal communication, taking safe “risks” that expand one’s comfort zone, accepting and adding to others’ ideas.
Learn two to three games/exercises they can use to create trust, buy-in, and engagement with others.
Identify, through play and its subsequent debriefs, the markers of successful play and how to facilitate that experience on their own.
This workshop will be instructed by Russell W. Birdwell
