In this class, you’ll learn simple self-help techniques that: Calm the nervous system, Support hormonal balance, Encourage healthy digestion.  Helping you feel lighter, centered, and more energized.  Because a calmer you creates a healthier you.  

This class will be led by Karen Ridder Stuart, an authorized Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Help Instructor. Karen has spent the past 25 years training under the most esteemed teachers in the Jin Shin Jyutsu® global community, while sharing this gift with her valued clients.

Karen currently resides in Larchmont, NY, where she is available for private sessions, public speaking engagements, and to teach self-help classes.
