Be part of a live audio theater recreation of the 1953 Lux Radio Theater’s version of the Holiday Classic movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life.” 

“It’s a Wonderful Life” is the story of George Bailey, a man who has given up his personal dreams in order to help others in his community. He encounters a crisis on Christmas Eve, leading George to believe he is a failure—worth more dead than alive. A guardian angel, sent from the heavens to protect him, gives George a glimpse of what the world would be like without him.  

This free event will feature a very special an audio welcome for these performances from Karolyn Grimes, who played ZuZu in the original movie, a video. The event will also include an interview with Karolyn Grimes and Jimmy Hawkins-who played Tommy Bailey in the movie & a quiz with prizes.

Led by Jason Summers & the Sandbox Theatre, our audience & performers will include our blind & visually impaired & handicapped community neighbors.
