It's storm season and the potential for flooding in our streets and our basements is of great concern to many of us. We have serious stormwater issues in Larchmont and the surrounding towns. Our infrastructure is over a century old and compromised in many areas. Overflow at the treatment plants impacted area beaches on and off all summer. What mitigation efforts are in the "pipeline" so to speak? What grants are available to us? What can homeowners do?
