A significant number of Americans report difficulties falling and staying asleep. Sleep health plays an important role in our overall health and may impact risk for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and cognitive health. Today’s lecture will focus on the causes of sleep disturbances and how we can address these issues through lifestyle interventions.
