DESCRIPTION:Participants will explore their mental health well-being by re
 flecting on the positive aspects in their life. Guided reflections will be
  used to promote participants to think of the things that bring them happi
 ness. Based on these reflections, participants will use watercolors to pro
 cess their reflections and emotions through art.The Family Services of Wes
 tchester is a non-profit organization that provides services to individual
 s all over Westchester County. The Community Mental Health Promotion and S
 upport also know a COMHPS is a program that focuses on reducing the stigma
  of mental health through community engagement such as tabling, educationa
