Chair Yoga with Vincenza Madonia in the Village Center

Join Certified Yoga Instructor Vincenza Madonia, for these six sessions of Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga consists of arm, leg and head movements, as well as twisting your torso, that are done while seated in a chair. There are also standing movements that use a chair for support.
